1. SwordFittings.com is an Internet resource for collectors of Japanese sword fittings. We provide information about Japanese swords and their fittings, as well as related books and other media.
   
   
2. Listing of books or sword fitting items, either for display purposes or for sale, is free of charge.
   
   
3. Any sales which result from listing on this site will be liable to a commission of 5% of the listed price, payable to SwordFittings.com by the seller. It is the seller's responsibility to ensure that the information relating to their product or products is kept up to date.
   
   
4. Any trading that takes place is solely between the seller and any prospective customer or customers. The role of SwordFittings.com is merely to bring them together for trading purposes.
   
   
5. SwordFittings.com can accept no responsibility for the completeness or accuracy of any information supplied by a third party.
   
   
6. The listing of any seller on this site in no way implies endorsement. SwordFittings.com cannot take responsibility for any actions taken by the sellers listed.

8. SwordFittings.com reserves the right to reject items considered for any reason to be unsuitable, and if necessary to close the site at short notice. Should any future changes to the charging policy become necessary, current users of the site will be unaffected.
